an ai-powered form builder where users describe what they need in plain english and the ai generates a fully styled live form instantly. built with next.js, tailwind css, claude code, and supabase.
rebuilt my portfolio from scratch using claude code and vibe coding. no figma, no mockups. designed and built entirely through ai-assisted development, prompts, and live iteration.
designed a patient-facing mobile app for a digital health startup connecting people with NHS-registered therapists. conducted 24 moderated research sessions across three patient cohorts to navigate strict clinical constraints.
